How does the Free Ring Sizing service work?
Your first resizing is free within the first year, up to one full size up or down. Some styles can't be resized — eternity bands and certain designer settings are built in a way that doesn't allow it. Bring the ring to our showroom and we'll confirm what's possible before any work starts. Turnaround is about two weeks. Resizing outside those terms is quoted per job.
Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Yes. Much of our own collection was designed in-house, and we build custom pieces from scratch as well as reworking rings you already own. The best place to start is a consultation — bring ideas, photos, or an existing piece, and we'll walk through what's possible, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
What is the 100% Diamond Upgrade program?
You can apply the full purchase price of your diamond toward a new one, as long as the new diamond is the same type and at least 50% greater in value. Your original diamond needs to be in undamaged condition, and if it came with a certificate, we'll need that too, undamaged. There's no time limit and no fee.
What does the Lifetime Refurbishing service include?
Once a year, for as long as you own the piece, we'll resurface and polish it to bring back its original finish. It's complimentary and there's no paperwork — just bring it in. Turnaround is about two weeks.
How does free gemstone tightening work?
Yes, and it's free for the life of your piece with no annual limit. If a stone feels loose or a prong looks worn, bring it in and we'll inspect the setting and secure it. You don't need to wait for your yearly refurbishing, and inspections aren't a condition of your warranty — they're just a good idea.
