Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday during business hours. Saturdays are appointment-based, so book ahead if that's your day.
What should I bring?
The items you'd like to sell and a valid photo ID. That's it.
What if I don't know the karat?
That's completely normal — most people don't. We test every piece for free, right in front of you, and tell you exactly what it is before we talk numbers.
How do you test my gold?
We use a professional digital gold and platinum tester (GemOro AuRACLE PRO) that reads karat electronically — no acid, no chemicals, no guesswork. Testing takes seconds and happens at the counter where you can watch.
How do you determine the offer?
We weigh each piece and confirm its karat in front of you, then break the offer down by karat, gram weight, and our price per gram — never a vague lump sum. Our pricing is based on the current market price of gold, which moves daily.
What kinds of gold do you buy?
Gold and platinum in almost any form — jewelry, chains, rings, scrap, broken pieces, and dental gold — in any condition. We also buy gold and platinum coins at melt value. If you have collectible or numismatic coins, a specialty coin dealer may be a better fit, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
Is the evaluation really free?
Yes. Testing, weighing, and the offer are completely free, with no obligation to sell. If you don't like the number, you take your items and go — no pressure.
How do I get paid?
Cash, on the spot. Or choose store credit and we'll add 50% to your offer — so $1,000 in cash becomes $1,500 toward anything in our showroom, from a new piece to a custom design.
