  • Appointments: name and contact details when you book a showroom visit, managed through our scheduling and CRM provider (HubSpot).
  • Accounts & wishlists: account details and saved items if you create an account.
  • Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
  • Customer service: information you share when you contact us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device, browser, and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest. These help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and PayPal). We never store your card numbers — payment details go directly to the processor.

  • To schedule and manage showroom appointments

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and warranty obligations (we keep purchase records so you never need a receipt for warranty service), and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children and are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
