How custom works at IOTR
Most engagement rings and wedding bands start as a conversation, not a purchase off the shelf. You bring a reference, a stone, or just an idea — we translate it into a CAD rendering, you review and adjust it, and only once you've approved the final design do we begin production. From approval to finished piece is about three to three and a half weeks.
Beyond rings, we take on fully bespoke work — pendants, nameplates, and one-of-a-kind pieces. If you're local, the best place to start is an appointment in our showroom. If you're out of state, send us your idea and we'll take it from there.
