This site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Products, Pricing, Errors & Availability

We work hard to keep information across our catalog accurate. Despite our efforts, the site may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, offers, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error or omission, update information, refuse or cancel any order affected by an error — including after the order has been submitted — and to discontinue or modify products at any time. If your order is affected by an error, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

Jewelry photography is representative. Slight variations in appearance can occur between the image and the finished piece, particularly with natural gemstones, which are individually unique.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment through the methods offered at checkout, processed by our payment providers. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse service, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or automated purchasing, or errors described above.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Purchases are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Lifetime Warranty & Privileges, each available on this site. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Custom Design & Design Ownership

Custom design work — including sketches, renderings, and CAD files created by IOTR — remains the intellectual property of Icing On The Ring. Design concepts and CAD files are provided for the purpose of completing your order with IOTR and may not be shared with, reproduced by, or used by another jeweler or manufacturer without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, ring designs, text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of Icing On The Ring and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means for data extraction, using it to infringe others' rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
