Shipping policy

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order, regardless of price or destination. Expedited shipping options, if requested, are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Processing & Delivery Times
In-stock items ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 1–3 business days via UPS. Made-to-order and custom pieces require up to 14 business days before shipment; we provide updates throughout production.

Insurance & Signature
Every shipment is fully insured and tracked, and a signature is required for delivery. Insurance covers the item while in transit only. Once a package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered — including packages left unattended after delivery.

Delivery Method
By default, orders ship to a UPS Access Point near you, where your package is held securely for pickup at your convenience. Alternate arrangements, including home or office delivery, are available on request — contact us before your order ships.

Discreet Packaging
Our store name never appears on the shipping label. Packages are labeled "IOTR" only.

In-Store Pickup
Online orders may be picked up at our showroom: 607 S Hill St #316, Los Angeles, CA 90014, during business hours.
